There are just so many things wrong with me though.

Also in order to get over someone you have to want to get over someone.
No building castles in the sky of what could have been.
No looking back and thinking how things were.
You have to seriously want to get over this girl to do so.

I don't know what something constructive would be.
I want to try and change the things I don't like, but I lose focus and fall back into my old shitty ways.
The first time I battled the shit out of my life was last summer, that was the beginning of my new everything but then a few bad relationships later, I am back to being a shitty, no-confidence fatkid.

Anyways my best suggestion is any time you don't feel motivated, do it anyways.
It's going to be hard at first but if you push through the first 21 days it becomes habit.
I think you really need to look at why you feel the way you do. Then try and understand what is in your power to change, and what isn't.
Accept what can't be changed, but change what can.
Don't beat your self up if you fail, but take into account that you just need to try harder next time.
Really the hardest part is getting that motivation to continue. Make it worth it for yourself.
Next time you do something to improve your life, don't look at it as chore. Look at it as something fun.
Turn it into a hobby if you can. It takes a lot of will power and discipline but I'm sure you'll get there.
