I saw this on 4chan, one of the comments was


"The values of the Chinese people are different than ours. Thieves are beaten when caught over there. I doubt that this is some white tourist kid that got separated from his parents being attacked because he’s white. It’s probably a street kid that happens to look white that just got caught for the millionth time stealing. Vigilantly justice is just what they do, but this is a child and to the western society beating the child is wrong. Human life is not valued the same. China is one of those places you would have to give me a rifle and pay me to go and it wouldn’t be for vacation."
