How to get rid of 99% svchost.exe usage?

Its been Putting my pc through hell always Cpu usage 50-100% even when i open and i don't do anything on my pc. Its bothering me quite a bit every time i use my computer i see it move from 50-99% and its just annoying Its not the Scvhost.exe That malware isn't on my PC, I think that my svchost.exe might be infected but I've scanned it with avira premium and nothing came up avg is crap to me false detection any other solutions?
