He is, He took an account from me a few weeks ago on here offering me so called "Legit" gaia gold. Less than an hour it was banned. Then shortly after, the accounts name was changed.

I would report it, but I have quite a few accounts under my IP in investigation, So as soon as those are taken care of ill reclaim it.
His forumname here was T o y, But he is banned at the moment, Trying to convince one of the mods here to pass his IP to me.
