My brothers girlfriend purchased a "Rent-to-own" laptop and missed a payment, They locked her pc with an unknown tool.
System Restore dosn't remove it
Win+R ( Re-starts the PC)
Safemode displays the same screen.
Alt Tab dosn't work,
I've searched around online and can't find anything.

If it says there is no way to bypass it and they have some serious shit like that, it's best to take out the sledgehammer. But honestly, I haven't the slightest clue on how to destroy that.

Swap the harddrive, Try again.

Change hard drives -> If problem doesn't occur any more, you win. If problem still does occur it's probably something built into the bios/dos/whatever or something.

Does it work?

flashrom -w bios.bin (google)
Reinstall windows
Problem solved
