I had to read two books and do a report on them, which was easy.
But then I had homework for European History.
My friend in Massachusetts has to read 7 books over the summer.

I didn't get any whatsoever. On the other hand though, I'm working the entire summer at school. Fuck this.

In previous years we had to read a book and write a 4 page essay on it. One summer the book had a brief sex scene so everybody freaked out and exacerbated the situation. Ever since then we haven't been assigned summer reading.
