Can you still pay to change your name on here?

I recall being able to pay LG currency to change your name on here? I chose this name because it doesn't give anything away about my accounts on other sites but in all fairness, the name I wanted to choose is only my XBL name so I kinda want to change it to that, I don't like this name so my question is; can I change my name? (Sorry if this is in the wrong place)
