Anyways here's the UK layout.

Reception - Year 6 - (4yrs - 11yrs) Primary School
Year 7 - Year 11 - (11yrs - 16yrs) High School/Secondary School/Academy

Take an option -
Year 12 - 13 - (16+) 6th form
or
College for 2 years min (16+)

after that you can go to University depending on your UCAS score from College or 6th form.

I'm currently finishing up college and hopefulyl getting into Uni. I'm already accepted, I just need the money and points

What's the difference between the two? Would the college be on a quarterly schedule while the year 12 and 13 are on a semester schedule? Why would someone choose one over the other?
