I am jealous of your body physique.
You are trying to get a flat stomach while I am trying to get a less round stomach all together. D:

Work out buddies We just gotta get motivated.
I was skinny as a rail until 15, then boom weird random muscle tone. Which is odd since I never work out besides that walk, which I walk very leisurely on.
I get an outline of packs just by cleaning around my house. Be awesome if I wanted to be some scary jacked woah-man.I am steady killin' fools.

I do need to start a megaworkout. My motivation is always ruined because of my mother.
I never do anything, which is how this tank formed in the first place. That's why I hate getting called fat, because I don't even eat right.
I looked up and this is kind of the disorder I have.

However the main part is missing is that I don't eat a lot of food types. I only eat about half or 1/3 of the food pyramid. It's a horrible disorder.

Well I think you need to stop focusing on the disorders and the outside negativity, and focus on your goal. The disorders, the outside people, they become sub-conscious excuses, crutches to stay the way you are. Just keep in mind how badly you want to achieve your goal and keep your mind set on it, it'll be worth it. Most importantly, don't push yourself to hard. If you do have disorders you should acknowledge them and work your exercise routine around them.

LIES! Abuse yourself. That's how you lose weight.
Well, that's my current routine... sure it's giving me shin splints, knee pain, and hip problems. but FUCK them!
I find if I run to the point I cry when I move, I don't have motivation to get up and get something to eat

That was one hell of a motivation speech. I will try trk around it all and I think that it is definitely time to stop focusing on the negativity.
It's just going to be hard to do that because it has always been there.

Tori all you need is those puppy dog eyes of yours.
Frost - I do hope you're joking. That's the way to really hurt yourself.
Ethan - See I have trouble breathing because of asthma which never got addressed, so I can't run at long intervals. I would make up for it by running multiple times during the day with breaks in between so I wouldn't, you know, die. You can do it. Keep your goal in sight everyday, literally. Hang notices everywhere, mark on your calendar days to exercise, hang a food log on the fridge. There's countless ways to remind yourself.I am steady killin' fools.

If there's one thing I've learned about myself over the years, it's that I don't care about hurting myself As long as it leads to what I want.

Lol It won't. If you push yourself too hard, it'll have negative effects in the long run make it so you won't be able to do the things you should be able to do. It's one thing to give 110% it's another to practically kill yourself.

I should make a giant wallpaper on my computer for it. Because I look at my wallpaper often.
And yeah, I am sorry to hear about that asthma. The doctors believed I had asthma, but I really didn't. :\
Thing is, I don't want to run outside. The treadmill works great for me because it is inside and easy to use. But because I am so heavy and the treadmill isn't heavy duty, there are issues with it.
I have to walk until I can run, however if it were a heavy duty treadmill I would run my ass off.

Run in the grass. It hurts your joints less than a treadmill or pavement. Like seriously, my neighbors hate me because I run on the grass trip NEXT to the sidewalk
