So there should be a place for PC troubleshooting and the like.
Anywho, title says it all. Try to load shit like webcam and itunes from startmenu, and it lags for maybe 2 minutes before opening. It's like clicking a dead Icon. Help?

ctrl+alt+esc
go to the processes tab and close whatever is taking up the most memory or space on your computer.
(It'll say it next to the name of the process)
If that doesn't work then download CCleaner, and run that.
It'll help speed everything up.
here's the link.

How much RAM do you have on your computer and how long has it been acting up for? : o
Also is it a custom pc or did you build it yourself?

Just a quick note, certain programs ALWAYS lag on opening.
Don't know why, they just do.
My computer is a sparkling example of brilliance, and iTunes launched from ANYWHERE takes atleast 15 to 30 seconds to launch
Disco is neat.
