Browsed some 4chan and found my way to a friendly site and then I decided that I was a little bit tired.
I think I am forming sleep disorder or some type of mental disorder, because I haven't been too positive as of late.
What should I do?

I lay down but can't fall asleep. I get stuck staring at the ceiling.

Sleeping pills? Or face whatever thoughts are keeping you awake and deal with them. Also if it's a serious case of insomnia, it can be a sign of underlying medical issues.

the only reason u probably cant sleep is because you use the computer before you went to sleep. Do something else than using the computer or any electronic devices for 30mins than go to sleep. Such as: read a book, take a shower, eat cereal or anything like that. That should work.

Smoke so Marijuana before going to bed it helps with insomnia and helps you sleep. When i smoke Pot it makes me really tired.
