It is also well known that the calendar was never even finished. And take this into example, if they were so fucking smart why did they think that some spaniards was the human and physical embodiments of their God? No explanations on that? Exactly. Lets also not forget that even modern Maya insist that the world will not and that the calendar is not supposed to predict the end of the world.

Webcrawler:
Was originally created in order to determine when stocks would rise and fall and when another economic crisis might take place. All it did was compile the most common phrases and words that are used on the internet and the most popular numbers to determine the correct logarithms to determine stock fluctuations.
