All I can remember is this lady invited a pregnant lady into her home.
The lady who owned the home couldn't have a kid, and was trying to take hers,
blah blah, something about cannibalism, etc.
KGO. .__.

You guys are hilarious, but completely unhelpful.
I'm thinking Kathy Bates was in it, but maybe not. At one point the girl escaoes into the snow and makes it to a phone booth and a chase scene ensues.
Correct answer gets my approval and my lg, which is next to nothing, but this is really bugging me. I'm thinking it came out in early 90s.I am steady killin' fools.

I searched google and didn't find anything.
If a cannibal ate a pregnant woman, would they eat the baby too? - Yahoo! Answers

Kidnapping+Kathy Bates+90's movie also makes me think of Misery, but pregnant woman=/=novelist...
I went through IMDB 1990-1995, and none of her movies are cannibal related...Last edited by Drakonid; 18 May. 2011 at 01:14pm.

Not misery. Maybe it was renee zellwiger. >_> The woman cut up her husband and made him into stew or something, and had strapped a fake baby to herself.

Possibly not the same movie but:
Fatal Attraction - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The first thing I thought of was this because of the boiling on the stove thing.
However in this movie it was the pet rabbit. Lol
Edit:
But it's probably this movie:
