why are people so retarded?
Look around on the msn site or whatever and try and find a place that says "Account has been compromised" or "can't access account" or something like that and follow the instructions.

Just because he's 15 and new doesn't mean we should be smart-asses when he asks for help.
I've been in his boat before.
Why it's a year later, I don't know.
But he's not hurting anyone or anything by asking.
So in an honest response, I don't know how you could fix that. I'd say check out hackforums.net - Hackforums Resources and Information. This website is for sale!.
They have a lot of hacking programs and tutorials and advice there for you.
It's habited by white and black hat hackers whereas we're just gamers with basic hacking knowledge.
Best of luck to you.

Or he could just, you know, click the "forgot password" button if it really is his account.
