Are you sure? Like at the ATM I can withdraw 5s and 10s? I thought it was just 20s..
and Im trying to figured out whether or not I will be able to use the card at a store without having the person there..

as long as you know the pin and its debit you should be fine. Im with a credit union bank. And the atms let you withdraw 5-100

It depends on the bank. However mast major US banks will only allow you to pull 20s at an ATM. I know for sure CapitalOne, WellsFargo, and Compass only let you pull 20s. Also the max per withdrawal is usually 200 at a time up to 600, but that depends on the bank.
However if you need to pull smaller bills, just hit Target, WalMart, or a gas station that does cash back, buy some gum and then get what ya need. They wont ask for ID, just swipe and enter the pin.
A third option, one that I use for payments and such, is to have people reload or charge my netSpend card. It's free to sign up for, takes about five minutes, can be charged from paypal and lot of recharge points have no charge.
