How do i fix this shit. I want to play sims.

Go to tools and then internet settings in IE. Go to the security tab and un-check the "Enable protected mode" box then re-start IE.

Delete sys32.

Throw the slider all the way down.

Also, go into advanced, and uncheck anything related to that sort of security.

As long as you have a decent antivirus, all of it is useless anyway.
