How to Social Engineer yourself a Job [TuT]

I did this today on my way home.

The target, Wendys.
(I can't guarantee this will work with all stores)

1. Walk into the store. Ask to speak with the Manager.
(It'd help if you did research on who the manager is, or found a business card somewhere)

2. The Manager comes out. Tell him you filled out an application a couple days ago and ask him if he's had a chance to look it over yet.

3. He'll ask your name. You tell him your name, and he'll tell you that he doesn't have your application.

4. Enraged, Irritated, or Angry, you react to the situation. Tell him the only way for you to keep living where you do is to have income to pay Rent. And he lost your application of all things.
Act fed up with it.

5. He'll apologize for the inconvenience (everybody makes mistakes)

6. Ask him if he can at least set up an Interview with you.

7. He'll either
a. Hire you on the spot (what happened with me)
or
b. Give you the interview. If you pass it, good luck.

By the way, due to your situation, you're also more likely to get the job due to their inconvenience on you, and you being determined enough to check back in.
