I've just bathed in tea. Yes, I filled a tub with water, put 6 tea bags in it and then proceeded to bath in it. This is the strangest Sunday ever.

I had that once, it's incredibly relaxing. Also had an oatmeal bath once.

You should try chamomile tea! Supposedly it's good for fighting inflammation. Not sure how true that is, but it's worth a shot if you have it. Originally Posted by Thomas

Dude rub gin on yourself, it sounds weird but juniper and angelica are really good for inflammation, and as long as it isnt touching cracked or pealed skin it'll feel cool and refreshing.
Also you'll smell like a wine-o, so double win?
Or just buy juniper bath salts, you can get that stuff almost anywhere. Try wal-mart, if not bath and body carries it for sure.
