More of a personal profile based on everything you ever look at, keeping information from forms you fill out with in its browser, detailing your activities, ect.
Somewhere there you are a folder of everything you've ever done. Information is power. The fact Google can sell your browsing habits or use them to influence or predict your choices is kind of worry some. Particularly when they might be able to extend predictions beyond the internet. Not like they do global surveillance via Google Maps. Your searches have less to do with Google's power. If a company is strong enough to take a stand against a national government it usually means its a bit to powerful.
Also Google has your porn searches. You get in a minor civil suit, next your character is assassinated cause the police used you internet history provided by google with out warrant and you never being informed.
Aside from that Supreme Court ruled I have a right to privacy and I don't like having that right violated.
