System restore. If it won't let you. Restart comp, open task manager instantly, end any processes seeming to be not ordinary.
Then restore. Don't QQ about restarting, and it getting BSOD. Since you lost everything anyways.

1. Avast - Best free Anti-Virus I have it XD.
2. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - Best spyware protection.
Other then that you could system restore (might work) But from now on I would use avast & Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware whenever you download something.
Or if its a program scan with virustotal.
