1. Avast - Best free Anti-Virus I have it XD.
2. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - Best spyware protection.
Other then that you could system restore (might work) But from now on I would use avast & Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware whenever you download something.
Or if its a program scan with virustotal.
