Sure the drug test part is like, a wtf? moment. But it's not like the lady fingered the baby or stuck a dildo in her mouth. All she did was frisk the child, and check around the belt area. She didn't caress her chest, she rubbed it down.
You'd be surprised how creative smugglers and terrorists can be. It's not like they're retarded. Whuldn't use a baby to hide stuff? It's an unthought of place to put stuff. So a person might over look it. So the lady just did her job, but just over did it with the drug test imo.
