Already stated earlier, changing for the better...so here are my goals:
- Improve my physical health by losing weight (and gaining muscle), eating healthier, and limiting the amount of junk food that I consume.
- Improve my mental health by learning a new musical instrument, preferably piano, and also by attending office hours of professors more often while studying harder.
- Improve my emotional health by improving relationships with current friends, reducing stress and anxiety, helping others more often, and by making new friends.
- Improve my spiritual health by becoming more connected with and more knowledgeable about my Catholic faith, while also educating myself about other religions to enlighten and educate myself about other religions, thus leading to more tolerance and understanding of other religions.
If anybody wants to join me in this endeavor or assist me in anyway, whether it be with suggestions or enlightening me with your knowledge, I would really appreciate it. I've sort of hit a weird stage in my life where I feel I need to make some changes.

For all the stuff that happens around here, LG itself is always remarkably unchanged. Thanks to the folks who still remembered I was once here and welcomed me back despite me being retarded.

30 minutes - 1 hour of standard exercise will about do if you can't find time for anything else. Pick whatever you like doing, aerobics, a brisk walk, weightlifting, bench press - whatever floats your boat.
If you need exercise info for a more intense regimen, I'll be happy to provide one.My contributions:
