Its like google, but you get random points or "swagbucks" while searching stuff. The more points you earn the bigger stuff you can redeem. I have already redeemed a $5.00 paypal gift card, and I didnt even try to earn points. I guess somewhere along the line I got refferals and earned points from them. So give it a try?
