Nah, It's a free government program that helps you gain knowledge in the career field you want, plus they help you earn your diploma/GED if you haven't done so already.

I've done quite a bit of research, and plan on going sometime in february. From what i've learned, they offer free rooms, they pay for utilities, and on top of that you get a paycheck thing. It's like working, except you're still learning.

Yeah, you get about 125 I heard every week, as for philly, that one is a non live in center, which I don't mind since it's in such a crummy neighborhood.

I haven't gotten that far yet. I'm waiting for an admissions to contact me back, and I still want reviews on it. IRL, only two people have been able to give me reviews, both which were not reliable.
