All right, so on a site..this retailer made the mistake of making a type of selling a PS3 for $39.99. So, I bought it. The site was on Amazon, so there is no way that this retailer can overcharge me for the purchase since that would be false advertising, correct? They would have to ship me a $40 PS3 regardless, otherwise face a lawsuit for fraud...So is this an epic win on my part?

Legal Question

They will. I did this once before, but not for that crazy amount. I bought something for 1.20 cents when it was supposed to be 12.00. They still shipped it and did not e-mail me with any complaints.

Supposedly they're going to cancel all the orders. Oh well, I ordered it anyway. Let's hope for the best.
