good idea? bad idea?

as you all know steam is having massive sales right now.
and i was thinking of buying one of the "publishers packs".
i believe the pack is like $75 (instead of like $600)

do you think its a good idea for me to buy this?
if i end up selling my steam account down the road, it could be a good investment.
