Do you guys think i must apply in UGB now?
The only problem i got now is my reputation and the PPD.
I find raising my PPD up because ive been inactive for months. .-.

I doubt you'd be able to get in without at LEAST 1PPD and some contributions..

No, I count it as maybe a contribution, sort of. I've done a quick reviewed of your stats and gone through some of your posts. I would not suggest applying yet.
