It was a little bland, since we were given the tongue and only told how to prepare it. We were more focused on making it tender than making it taste flavorful. Was like eating plain roast beef. Quite good actually. Originally Posted by Fluxo

It's best to marinate it over night. He puts some crazy stuff in it, but the taste is more like taco meat.
