Tabs Nice! update

First off, I'll have a poll in 2 days in which we decide whether or not to keep the tabs. I'd like to allow some time since most people dislike change at first.

Now that we have tabs we can add a whole lot more forums. So post suggestions for forums you'd like to see added.

That's sort of where I got the idea from. I wouldn't have implemented it if it didn't come with the ability to add 5x as many forums.
