Even if the account was inactive for 4 years, you will still get ban. So if it comes down to percentage that would be 50/50.
Longest inactive account I ever had was 3 months.
Longest account with an angelic halo 2 months. (could've kept it longer but decided to trade it for tons of smaller items)
