Well i tried net spend, my results:
2nd Day: Not Working
3rd Day: Not Working
1 Week: Still No Response
1 Month: There is something wrong with your bank account, meta bank doesn't recognize it.

So if anyone can give me helpful sites to activate my paypal and unlimit id be very thankful ^^
