I need a website to upload gaia flp files, but
ripway sucks. [always crashes or deletes my acc] and
*** && 110mb have ads, btw hope this isn't spam o.o

000webhost. Upload a dummy file (e.g. "<b>I'm learning HTML!</b>"). It'll soon be replaced by "This site is being checked for phishing scripts." After a few hours, you'll see the regular HTML file you uploaded appear. Just replace it with the FLP, and go on with phishing.
They support all sorts of features, from .htaccess to file writing, so they're the best. Only problem is the brief few hours where they check to make sure you're not phishing, but it's easy to bypass by uploading said dummy file.
