They can't make a sequel since the main character died, and if you just get another smart guy to get the book then it would just be gay.

Yea love Death Note...one of the best anime i've seen though the ending was crappy wished Kira had survived

i thought it was kinda creepy. what if the whole "Death Book" really exists?
And dont you give me that "its illogical" crap because about long ago stuff smaller than an atom (or was it molecule?) was illogical but what are they to say now? heck for all we know magic actually exists but we just dont know anything of how t
rk it.

The second part of Death Note was the sequel.
Seriously, after L died, the manga kind of went...downhill. =/

The main character will magically be healed, unexplained in season two..
