I suggest looking for brushes in brusheezy.com or deviantart.com. As for fonts, I don't recommend using them cause they ruin the sigs, but if you insist, I'd say look in dafont.com for some cool fonts.
The thing you made is too random and messy. There are so many things going on. Try making it cleaner by using around 1-2 brushes at a time, and try exploring other tools like the marquee and pen tools(they really help). And yeah, just keep practicing and try reading tutorials from the net. They really help you get started on things. It's ZenGen yoo.

Wallpaper right?
Try following a few simple signature tutorials, it helps with your knowledge due to the fact that signatures use the most commonly used aspects of photoshop.
What generation do you have?
And for brushes, search for a chalk brush pack, and then search for midnight city by shifty-j.
Then just get some good splatter brushes.
I know, I'm sooo helpful.
