im going to start using my highschools weight room

Weight Lifting and Benching is what I do.
Don't be fat, eat less, cpu less.
Do "circuits"
lift for 45 seconds straight. Doing slow lifts. Then do push ups for 45 seconds slowly. Then move to the next machine and continue. Do it 3 times a week. After the first week i guarantee you will be twice the size. The first time will hurt like hell if you do it right, And you should sweat a lot.
