I have three hosts that require payment (except I don't pay, because I've got connections), all three with unlimited storage and bandwidth. But I don't put FLPs on them because I'm not an idiot.

No one does, because that's the easiest way to get your host revoked.
Even though I know two of my hosts would allow it, I don't feel like dealing with any of Gaia's potential bullshit if they wanted to come after me.

I am about to launch my own server farm (2 servers). When I finish I might let a few people use them for FLP's.
