About LinkBacksVegan project, in need of vegetarian dishes. I need:
4 Appetizers2 soups- 2 salads
3 entrees2 desserts
I'll decrease numbers as I go. I need full recipes, quantity, yield, portion sizes and all. If not all, at least the quantity of each ingredient so I can calculate yield and portion size. Remember: Vegan dishes only. Ovo-vegetarian, and lacto-vegetarian are ok. Halp? I'm swamped with so much more work than this x_x

Ha, we were forced to do this project. It's an eye opener to the restaurant world. Vegan is a money grabber. Not many restaurants want to deal with it, so some people don't go out to eat, therefore not spending their money in your establishment. They are making us do a vegan menu, cost it out, and compare to a regular menu. We get graded on the menu, cost analysis, and thoughtfulness of the menu items. Originally Posted by Hellsome

Neither did I. I was applying to a few universities, and read their housing details. You have to pay close attention to that. All the ones I read said if you didn't live in ____ (mainly the international student's housing) you will be kicked out come the break. Most of the universities here had those terms.
