Oh it's easy. You can either:
A) Take your time and find out how to do it yourself, slowly online.
B) Go to college and learn precisely that.
C) Have someone who knows what they're doing, do it for you.
D) Procrastinate, and think that everything can be done with quick fixes or guides.

There's various ways to do this. Hire somebody locally, look on craigslist or something, or get contacts and ask them to help out.

I have been doing Video Editing for a very long time, over 6 or 7 years. Started with Windows Movie Maker, moved to Sony Vegas 7 I think then, Sony Vegas 9.
I am currently trying out Premiere but I am finding it tiresome having to change the FPS on the Video for it to preview correctly.
So, if you require any help with Video Editing feel free to PM me.
