As for the signature:
You made a gif (easy)
Threw texture on it (easy)
Created colored text, maybe a stroke and some glow from what I see (easy)
Added a 'shine' (easy)
Threw some random lines around the shine (easy)
As a signature, it looks good. As an example of photoshop skill, not so great.
Its set at a medium level of difficulty, and I didn't know each thing I made was suppose to be a show of power =O?
