Thomas. The system will be abused. That's why it's there. Yes, it's there to make it more orderly. Yet, unless you make a site wide announcement, the type where you login and it shows you it on the first page you go to... no one will know... no one will care... everyone who sees it will abuse it, people who need it won't see it. Simple as that.
