I got the money and when i went into the paypal account it says that he summited a report that he did not get his item.
I GAVE THAT FUCKER HIS ITEM
SO the money is on hold until they can figure it out.

So if you make people provide a note that they got the item and paypal has a dispute but that note is attached to the transaction when they gifted it after the dispute you win because of that note?

Can you not double post?
And you can not dispute gifted money on paypal. They will simply close the dispute the day after you open it. Even if you did not send the money via gift then it's still a slim chance that you would win the dispute. This is why it's so tricky AND YOU SHOULD ALWAYS USE A MIDDLEMAN when selling virtual items. Because there is virtually no proof. At least with physical items you can provide a tracking number etc.// Signature
