Depends on what game.
Gaia: Phishers.
Maplestory: Cracking (though I don't know of any crackers out there).
I'd say one the best ways to get accounts is via social engineering, but that requires time.When trading with me, you agree that: (updated 10/24/10)

Fake login windows that require the user to put his/her infromation into a fake login page or window. (Username,password...etc).And sends the account info to a premade destination linked to the login page .That is what a phisher is.
