Boyfriend is moving in with me next week, or the week after ¬o¬
Depends on stuff.
College mind fucks me, someone tell me why I decided to go to the hardest culinary school in my state again.
Why the hell is it so dead. Even lurking the forums is boring. Seen the same damn threads for the past 3-ish days. WAKE THE HELL UP!
Also, very bored.

Hey now, there hasn't been that much drama this year D<
@Gaga- Oh hahaha mcdonalds! You're so dang funny and original~! Go fuck yourself. kthxbai
@Defy- DOOO EEEEET!!!
@Houmra- I loved le cordon bleu, but I went to a local culinary institute because of the ties they had with some of the famous chefs, you leave with the titile of CEC, and the fact that we have our own publicist there. Also fine dining restaurants recruit the graduates from this particular school for management. It's just a tough school with the attendance rules and the tests with only essay questions.

No, no it is not named after a cheese. You are thinking of Chicken Cordon Bleu, which is pretty much a spazzy word for saying blue ribbon chicken. The school's name goes back to the 16th century, had something to do with king henry something or another and his knights. The name of his knights were le cordon bleus.
Buuuuut, suuuure. We'll say you're right and it's a cheese. For the sake of Tori always being right

Never move in with your significant other till you have to. Trust me, you don't know people till you've lived with them and 9 out of 10 people you don't really want to know. Regardless of how much you like/love/have sex with them.
This truth happens to go hand in hand with another truth all musicians know: You don't get paid to play, you get paid to load yourself and stuff into the back of that tiny ass van for several hours with at least 4 other dudes and all their stuff, smells, and problems.

I wouldnt go to a LCB school homura. Find something cheaper.
The school I am planning on going to, Culinary Academy of Austin, is cheaper, has CC certification when you graduate, and all the teachers there are certified executive chefs.
Half the chefs at the local LCB school didnt pass the CEC exam.
Also, Azrael, you sure you get the CEC when you graduate? I thought that one required like 10 years in kitchen experence.LG's resident grammar nazi.

Nonetheless, it's not ten years. and that explains why they throw us in those externships of the restaurants the owner of the school has. I'm not going to some basics culinary school if that's what you're thinking. I'm going to a private institute that focuses solely on the production of CECs. Before you even entered this school you needed a manager's position in food service for at least 1 year.

Actually I think you should move into your significant other when ever you're ready to. The reason you gave is exactly why. If you want a future with them it's best to see if you really work living together. No use waisting 5+ years in a relationship that could be doomed to fail. I agree 100% though, you never really know a person until living with them.
@Jenny: Congrats though! I hope you guys have fun, and sorry you're school hard atm. D:
All hail kitty pig.

I didn't even look at the branch in San Antonio. I applied to the one in hyde park for the hell of it and got accepted, but I am not paying 180k+ for culinary school just yet. Plus my scholarships were for schools in my state. x_x Which pissed me off, because all I had to choose from were 4 without having to move shittons away from home.
I'm going to go back and get more schooling somewhere else eventually. After I make some cash for it and what not.
