Now I've only been here a few days, and I've been using my common sense to think of my own answers for the following questions, but I'd really appreciate it if an older member could help me out.
Reputation:
Anyone can give rep to anyone else, for anything cool or useful?
Or are there specific guidelines on that? I was just curious.
Underground:
So from what I've gathered, the 'Underground' is a section feature more badass programs?
Is there any secret underground market area, too? (For more trusted members, and the like.)
Also, do you have to be a contributing programmer to have access to the Underground? I've only skimmed through a few of people's applications, but I notice that tends to help your chances phenomenally. It seems to a point that if you're not programming, there's no way you're getting into Silver. Which I'm not saying is a bad thing, I would only want big contributors getting the big advantage of my big bot, too.
I figured it like this, I'd need 10+ points for getting into Silver. [I like making up my own systems or methods to goals. Don't beat me up.]
1 point comes from a 100+ post count.
1 point for a 20-30 rep count.
2 points for proving yourself to be a real member. [Posting regularly and at least semi-constructively. Not being a jackass to the mods or anyone else. Not trying to scam people. Etcetera.]
And the rest of these points come from contribution. Would that seem accurate?
Well, I'd like access to Silver some day, preferably before the year ends. So I plan to do my posting duty of 5-10+ a day. [I also want to see this forum more active. So I figure if I'm responding to everything, you guys will get tired of seeing my name in the index. As a result, you'll post more. Master plan in the making.] But I have ZERO programming experience, and if that's what you need to get Silver access, where do I start learning? No, really... Somebody point me in the right direction.
This post is nigh entirely fueled by me wanting access to "The Works" by Bman, but also because when there's a secret, I neeeeeeeed to know about it. I figure thats as good a reason as any. :>

Rep? Underground?

You can give rep to somebody if they have helped you out, make a guide you like, etc.
There isn't a underground trading forum, but that could be a good idea in the future. I'll keep a note of that.
You don't have to be a programmer, you can also get access by constantly assisting people, and posting tutorials, or other helpful things.
That point system is pretty accurate for underground bronze. You would need around 20 points to get into underground silver.
Go you Youtube and search for tutorial on the programming language you want to learn (I suggest you start with Vb, then move to C#). You can also take a look at our programming section, you can get any questions about programming answered there.

I will be glad to help you start programming, if you want. But you do not need any knowledge of programming to get into underground silver, you just need to be an active and contributing member.
Think of it as the Olympic stand, bronze, silver, and gold.
The harder you work the higher the rank.Shh, I'm watching My little pony.
