You ever been in a class where you have this teacher who seems like she doesn't know what the fuck she is doing herself? Well I have to learn how to tourné a potato, and I had no clue what the first step in doing this was. I called the chef over to show me, and all I got was:
Chef: "Well.. uh.. you just.. *filps potato* and... uh.. cut it down the middle.. then.. uh... ... *filps potato* ... ... cut it this way... *stares at text book page on tourné-ing I have open* ... then square it off and make it look like that... *walks away*"
Me: "....what?"
Person next to me: "...she told you cut it the wrong way...Kyle can do it...he does it the other way"
Me: " ... i know... You can't get it 2 inches this way.."
Person: " ..we're fucked. And we have to do this in under an hour?"
Me: "oh dear god.."
Looked it up online, watched videos, still can't do it. >.>
Went through 4 potatoes already, still can't do it.
Questioning all that I know, and If this is really the line of work I want.
Someone tell me what is the fucking point of making a potato football-shaped and seven sided -.-

My programming teacher...
First class, she can't even get pronunciation right.
~fifth class, I'm finished with my first little thing, a on-screen keyboard, which has a little problem, ask her how to solve it, and after looking at it for like ten minutes, se says she has no idea. Later that day at my house, I realize it was a stupid mistake.

My physics teacher last year was somewhat ignorant at the subject. He was a cool guy and all, but I ended up teaching the class more then he did. The chick beside me asks "Why does your hand get hot when you rub it against a desk" and he was all "I don't know" .-.

I've had a substitute that was like that. It was in science we got up to ask her if she could help us because she said she knew everything on the section we were doing, we asked and she was like,
Her: "Sit down before I write you up."
Me: "You said you knew..."
Her: "I'm going to write you up if you don't sit down."
Me: "You said you knew, just tell us if you don't so we can ask someone else, you are making this harder on your self."
Her: "I'm going to write you up."
Me: "Ok. Just because you said you knew and you don't."
