There is HTML in this but they have disabled all HTML for posts so people can't be assholes with it.

The admins can edit the HTML. Don't be stupid @ everyone who said they can't. It's just a pain in the ass, since the HTML is stored in a MySQL database and you have to do it through cropped templates, but it's entirely possible.

If you upload it as favicon.ico to the root directory of the server, the browser will find it automatically without the <link />.
