Should I apply? (GFX team)

I'm fairly good with gfx and have been working with photoshop for around 2-3 years now.

Most of my examples are on my OOC laptop, and I'd need to download photoshop on my PC....
That would require a hard drive re-boot and I'd need to back-up my files on a separate hard drive just to get some old tutorials and examples that I posted on CEF back in the day... (And I can't get on there anymore because my account was deleted)

Can I just come up with some new tutorials and such and post them here?
Or would I need my past works?
