$20 to whoever can help.

Payment sent afterwords, due to obvious reasons.

My Paypal is limited now, and they have put a hold on every outgoing payment I've made.

I need to figure this bullshit out. Anyone who knows how to avoid or just get Paypal to fuck off tell me. Payment of $20 only if it works.
