Something is off in the facial structure. Maybe the eye placement and/or the cheek bone back to the neck? The nose looks too big?

The only flaw I see in it is in the lazy eyes, which isn't a very big flaw at all. It just looks a little off.
And he's got the small droopy old-guy lips. Younger lips are a little more full and livelyl.☜(* x *)☞FOOL ON COOL GENERATION

The skin looks extremely unnatural that may be what's throwing it off, at least that's what bothering me.
