A program that runs in a command prompt window... Is there any way to make it run by a proxy?
My configip shit doesn't work anymore for some reason. How can I make it run on a different IP than mine?

If that dosen't work and you can access the source than I could do it that way too. But if you configure a proxy in IE it uses it for everything.
